Web Orders

Web orders are made-to-order. Orders can take up from 4 (1-3 pieces) to 18 days depending on available parts and the level of labour intensity for the purchased item/s. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial deliveries.

Return Policy

La jara will accept items for store credit only within 7 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a lajarajewellery.com credit via email. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Repair Policy

We will repair any jewellery design purchased through Lajarajewellery.com. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.

Less than 1 month. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.

Product Care

Each piece of La jara is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow our recommended care + feed routine to extend the life of the jewellery so it can celebrate numerous occasions.

After each wear, gently wipe with a soft jewellery cloth and store in a jewellery box. It should be delicately handled and stored in an appropriate setting.


Your purchase will be packed in a La jara pouch, a box if needed, and padded envelope.


La jara will keep your personal information confidential. If choose to enter your e-mail address or send an inquiry to us, please be assured that your information will never be sold to a third party. We may send you an e-mail about our special offers, new products, events, or website updates.
